· Manage a team of procurement officers & ensures that all purchases are conducted as per the Bank’s policy, procedures & guide lines· Conducts product & service research and analysis to ensure quality, value, availability needs are met· Continuous market survey & research to add new suppliers with good reputation & benefit to the bank· Creates & maintains mutually beneficial long-term partnership with all vendors· Manages purchasing costs to maximize cost savings· Ensures that all purchases are within the approved budget· Handling annual & renewal contracts with vendors· Review & monitoring warehouse operations

· Participates in the procurement of Raya products. Keeps abreast of product information. · Communicates and determines scheduling with suppliers for pricing & order fulfillment · Maintains pricing by reviewing & updating price lists . · Monitors inventory, prepares reports, Predicts and anticipates sales.· Reviews and evaluates quotations. · Researches, identifies and recommends potential suppliers. · Issues purchase requisitions within authorized limits and schedules deliveries.· Records ordering information, Monitor and evaluate all purchase order claims and ensure compliance to all company regulations.· Design all purchasing contracts and associate procedures and policies.· Match purchase requisitions/orders with invoices and forward to accounts for payment processing.· Handling with forwarders & clearance agents to pick up and deliver goods at target dates with the lowest charges.· Preparing all required documents for the clearance process.· Provide detailed cost analysis comparison.· Manage vendor relations and production delivery..Type of products : IT & Network solutions (ex: UPS,HVACS ,Racks ,Cables,.. etc. ).Projects: Vodafone ,Etisalat , Orange, Telecom Egypt, Huawei , Central Bank of Egypt (CBE ), National Bank of Egypt (NBE),Commercial International Bank(CIB) ,Galleria 40 , Raya Data Center….etc.

- Selling Etisalat services and products according to customer needs and provide customers with all and any requested information - Furnish / implement and enhance after sale services and keep proper database for customers - Handle all multi-skills function (cash - inventory) - Ensure the quality of the services provided - Resolve customer problems  - Come up with new ideas that aim at increasing the revenues- Responsible of achieving monthly quota
