• Design the required business processes for the organization and also provides best practices for processes which govern the projects being implemented. • Responsible for diagnosing, analyzing, & rolling-out the main cross functional and interdepartmental business processes in the company.• Responsible for Statistical laboratories for inspecting & testing the appliance according to national and international standards.• Responsible for contacting with local and foreign suppliers about complaints during both production or after sales processes.* Responsible for contacting with after sales dept. and investigate problems appeared at end users and find root causes with its corrective actions.• Responsible for pre-qualification for suppliers to improving the incoming material efficiency.• Issue daily and monthly reports for productivity efficiency including root causes for problems and corrective action for each.• Issue technical report for all samples tested in the statistical laboratory.• Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the processes to assure its efficiency & quality. • Supports the communication process between departments along with providing guidance and advice to the process owners within the organization.• Control quality documentation & its implementation.• Responsible for all types of non-financial audit and QA across the factory.• Investigate causes of product defects on a daily basis to identify suitable corrective actions.• Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply;• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary• Developed and ensure compliance with the standard operating procedures, quality plan, process, and product audit plans.

• Supervise and participate in executing QA team working in multiple projects.• Participate in leading the company in ISO 9001:2008 surveillances audit from SGS-Egypt & TUV-Reinland Egypt.• Prepare company to be certified against Measuring Instruments directive “MID 2004/22/EC”.• Prepare the company laboratory to be certified against Certified ISO/IEC 17025:2005.• Establish Quality Management System for GAS METRO factory “branch of El Sewedy Electrometer- Egypt” to be certified against ISO 9001:2008.• Establish and maintain the required procedures, work instructions, flow charts for all process and activities.• Responsible of all facts of the quality program including corrective and preventive actions, control of non-conformance materials and production, document control, complaints and control of quality records.• Participate in internal audit activities such as (audit plan, audit program, corrective & preventive actions and audit report).• Monitor the status of corrective & preventive actions resulted from internal audit and/or customer complaints to ensure the effectiveness of these actions.• Prepare and implement, the action plan to acquire the needed domestic and regional and international approval such as but not limited to as appropriate:-1. Local market: Egyptian quality mark.2. Foreign market needs such as CE for European market.

• Qualify final inspection lab to be certified against ISO/IEC 17025:2005 from EGAC.• Responsible for testing the company products according to the relevant international standards for the following tests:-1. Accuracy test2. Start test3. No load test4. Consumption test5. AC voltage test• Issue reports for samples tested in the final inspection laboratory.• Issue a daily report regarding to work implementation in the laboratory.• Issue a monthly report including the performance of the laboratory.• Responsible for the calibration process of all Quality laboratory equipments and tools through National Institute for Standardization “NIS”.

• Supervising and implementing receiving inspection regarding to the genset, controlgear, switchgear.• Supervising and implementing in process inspection regarding to the genset, controlgear, switchgear.• Supervising and implementing final inspection and product release regarding to the genset, controlgear, switchgear.• Revising the wiring diagram of L.V. control panels referred to “As built” wiring:- Manual Control panel “MCP”.- Automatic Transfer Switch “ATS”.- Automatic Main Failure “AMF“.- Distribution Panel “DP”.- Star-Delta and Direct on line “DOL”.• Testing the L.V. control panels and its protections.• Inspecting the components of L.V. control panels before utilization as:- Control modules as Deep Sea, Deif, Minilec, Capricorn and Crompton.- Circuit breakers and its accessories as ABB, GE, Schneider and Hyundai.- Relays, Contactors and Fuses.- Battery chargers.• Planning and implementing calibration for inspection, measurements and testing equipments.• Investigating defective components from different departments, claiming and following up.
