⦁ Managing inbound-outbound Russian&English calls.⦁ Helping guests and partners with reservations.⦁ Responding to Emails&updating call notes. ⦁ Provide the necessary information and solving complaints.⦁ Other duties as assigned.

⦁ Leading and organizing all kind of excursions (sea trips, safari trips, historical tours, shopping tours, individual tours,...).⦁ Explain the tour itinerary & Talk about interesting topics which relevant to the trip.⦁ Answering all guest questions and provide their needs.⦁ Establish a good relationship with tourists & make an atmosphere of enjoyment.⦁ Solve problems with tact, escalating problems to the supervisor as necessary.⦁ Make reports of daily excursion for my tour company.

⦁ Welcoming & Greeting tourists at the airport.⦁ Leading tourists to the hotels & informing them how to check-in at the hotel, and when the meeting time with the hotel guide & how to contact him.⦁ Collecting tourists from hotels in departure day and leading them to the airport.⦁ Informing the guests all about the registration process into the airport & say them goodbye.
