-Design and Development of test application using LabVIEW, TestStand and NI Vision Assistant : -Development of LabVIEW TCP/IP library for the control of Festo YJKP servo press kit. -Development of user interface for the control of 6 press stations production ligne in Algeria. -Development of the LabVIEW standard sequencer based in ini files. -Development of LabVIEW TestStand user interface for 2 functional test stations and 4 fixtures in Algeria. -Participate in the development of the user interface of 2 functional test stations and 6 fixtures in Morocco. -NI OPC ,OPC UA and PROFINET communication with PLC. -Design and development of vision test system using NI Vision Assistant. -Communication : RS232, LAN , TCP/IP… -LIN bus communication/ CAN bus communication. -PCB check and log Traceability : CSV, ini files, TDMS file , SQL. -Communication with National instruments hardwares : CompactDAQ , NI 9205 AI , NI 9425 DO NI 9425 DI , PXIe , DMMs , NI SMU…-Preparation of wiring diagrams using Solidworks Electrical : -Wiring diagram of 6 press station production line and packing station. -Wiring diagram of 4 functional test station and 10 fixtures.-Design of PCBs for test using Altium Designer and ISIS/ARES.-Good knowledge in pneumatic installation.-Good knowledge in KUKA and Stuabli robots programing.

This project titled "Design and realization of an automated platform for the control of a wave soldering machine" concerns the study, the design, the realization and the validation of an automated platform for the control of a wave soldering machine. This project is divided into three parts:-Implementation of the "Watchdog" in the program installed in an interface card using the software "MicroC Pro For PIC".-The communication between the bar code reader "Keyence" and PC through an "Xbee" module.-Realization of the "Flex Wave 2.0" application using the LabVIEW software and control this application by the interface card.

-Development of a LabVIEW and LabWindows / CVI library for a 3-axis SMC manipulator through EtherNet / IP-Automatic loading steps of test sequences developed under TestStand.-Master of the development organization method "Agile Scrum".

-Description the different steps of the functional test for an electronic board: surface-mounted component (CMS) for Valeo, Schneider Electric and Alstom.-Participation in the wiring of an electrical cabinet.
