Metric:● Meet with Product Manager, Operations Manager and Business Analyst on a weekly basis to define and sign-off on a single unit as an SLA metric to measure vendor operator productivity.● Meet daily with Operations and Program Manager to set performance targets based on established baseline.● Continuously monitor productivity dashboards and compare current performance against set targets.Workflow Stabilization:● Meet with all workflow owners on a daily basis to understand current workflow status and determine root cause for inconsistency in each workflow.● Create flowcharts to visualize and easily identify complexities in each of our current workflows.● Continuously define, implement, and document new processes effective and scalable across +350 operators whichdirectly contributes to the increase in overall production.● Monitor entire production progress across all open projects and consistently analyze root cause of bottlenecks thatblocks the production pipeline.● Hold weekly team meetings to discuss productivity initiatives and present new process changes to entire team.Software and Tool Improvement:● Meet weekly with Software Engineers to voice concerns regarding software and tool issues reported by operators.● Create best practices training material on tools usability, hold weekly training sessions with various vendor operatorgroups and walk group through training and answer any questions or clarifications.● Meet with Machine Learning and AI Engineer on weekly basis to provide insights and suggestions on tailoring newauto-tools that significantly impact individual operator productivity.● Perform testing on functionality of auto-tools and continuously identify bugs in the tool, document findings andrecommend improvements to AI Engineer.● Create training documentation and hold weekly training sessions to train various groups of operators on the newtools being rolled out.

Project Initiation:● Meet with Country Program Manager on a daily basis to go over project deadlines and set targets for sign off on rolling out each stage of the project.● Meet daily with Import Engineer to assist in accurately laying out the foundation data necessary for initiating labeling stages.● Meet with Policy team on a daily basis to identify and document discrepancies between global labeling policies and country specific policies to ensure product is consistent with country’s traffic laws and regulations.Labeling Initiatives:● Create training material for each stage of the labeling process and ensure they are consistent with country specific labeling policies.● Lead weekly training sessions with team of operators responsible for labeling the country’s mapping features and walk the entire team through a presentation of the different policies pertaining to each stage.● Perform quality control on each of the project’s stages to check that work submitted is consistent with all labeling policies.● Hold weekly meeting with team of operators to provide feedback, clarify areas of ambiguity, take questions and provide clear and consistent answers.Linguistics Support:● Perform full scale audit on all country’s geographic content in English and Arabic languages to check for accuracy of translations.● Provide translations in Arabic language to all geographic content that is missing translation, and submit corrections to pre-existing translations in Arabic.● Provide translations in Arabic for all text of routing directions used in the Google Maps platform.● Create a Language Manual which differentiates between different transliteration styles.● Audit Map Search results in English and check its consistency with Arabic translation.● Provide translation support in Arabic language for multiple other countries data sets including Jordan, Saudi Arabia,and Egypt.● Provide translation support to Google Translate platform in Arabic language.
