• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports that includes balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, owners’ equity statement• Analyze ledgers and accounts to allow the reconciliation of financial data according to stated schedules so that the company remains aware of its financial position on an ongoing basis

• Process ledger and booking entries according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner. • Identify, investigate and rectify routine errors and anomalies in input data so that all financial data can be reliable• Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring results and quality, providing training in addition to relaying team's request to hierarchy• Supervise the maintenance of data related to specific Accounting functions to ensure information availability and accuracy• Analyze ledgers and accounts to allow the reconciliation of financial data according to stated schedules so that the company remains aware of its financial position on an ongoing basis• Prepare non-routine financial data as requested to support management decision-making• Assist external auditors and tax investigators through required relevant data and ensure compliance with the tax regulations and laws; consult with tax Advisors & assigned auditor, to be up to date with newly published laws• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports that includes balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, owners’ equity statement.

• Handling the Cash receipt process by updating records with cash deposits to banks, preparing receiving cheques & deposits to bank. Updating the bank position report in order to facilitate the cash management function day to day accounts receivable records and monthly end process.• Record all sales invoices and review the delivered materials with the customer quotation and make sure that the customer pays more than delivered materials make refund for customers by making statements for the current statues for them• entering all new inventory items including new ones and make new codes and evaluate the inventory at the end of every month and at the end of financial year and prepare costing sheets for new consignments• Handling the payments process by preparing transfer letters and cheques for local & foreign suppliers, and governmental parties. Reconciling supplier’s accounts and preparing payments & prepare cheques. Handling the fixed assets transactions and depreciation• Monthly closing reports balance sheet, income statement ,cash flow statement , owners equity statement
