Responsibilities:• Managing budgets and project resources• Attend public meetings to discuss projects.• Cash and bank management in consultation with the Finance Manager • Review procurement documents before payment and make sure it is in accordance with organization guidelines and donor’s rules and procedures.• To review and verify all payments and receipts including supporting documentation.• Preparing employee payroll and submitting legal deductions to relevant government agencies in a timely manner.• Prepare cash monthly flows.• To maintain and monitor the national staff advances register.• Reviewing and recording accounting reports in the financial system, including cash settlement• Preparation, monitoring and analysis of monthly reports and grants including input into financial system, for review by the Finance Manager. • Prepare monthly key of allocation and share it with respective staff.• Monthly backup• Reconciliation of various records, investigating unusual items and bringing these to the prompt attention of the Finance Director. This includes reconciliation of field records, with main office.• Keeping updated financial reports in files.• Other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities:• Prepare all expense forms for all transactions being made through the office.• Managing budgets and project resources.• Attend public meetings to discuss projects.• Scan all vouchers on a weekly basis and send to HQ.• Assist in filing all hard copies, ensuring all paperwork and supporting documentation is present and maintaining accurate files.• Ensure that financial systems and procedures are being followed and maintained.• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager/ Officer.
