• Review plans and specification according to plan• provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation of MEP System.• analyze mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.• Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works with regards to MEP services and report to the Project Director on the same.• Site visit to check work installation of the MEP contractor team and review installation method statements• Undertake a prior review of the Contractor’s proposed mechanical system testing & commissioning methods and schedule.• Witness on-site piped system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage testing and other testing that may be required during the first fix works and advise the Project Director accordingly.• Undertake final project snagging and prepare a list of defects for Contractor’s action.• Provide advice to the Project Director regarding any mechanical services related to variable costs that may be claimed by the Contractor during the works.• Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design [tender] drawings for compliance with the design and its coordination with Structure and interior design to ensure engineering co-ordination• Where required prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and co-ordination issues.• Review Contractor’s material proposals against specified technical performance requirements and advise the Project Director on the appropriateness of the proposals.• Review Contractor’s proposed subcontractor(s) associated with the engineering works from a technical standpoint.• Review contractor BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion• Prepare technical site visit and progress update reports• Attending regular meetings with Main Contractor to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions

- Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate clients’ requirements to appropriate team members.- Coordinate and facilitate successful delivery of project objectives- Developing and maintaining a detailed project definition document- Track progress and review project tasks to make sure certain deadlines are met appropriately.- Follow up with suppliers and procurement and logistics department for project orders to secure project delivery targets- Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.- Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to management.- Managing change control and escalating issues where necessary- Work collaboratively with engineers to maintain thorough knowledge of product or solution capabilities.- Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing program with project team- Proper project management documentation including but not limited to write up, compilation, planning, progress reporting, official letters, input on proposals or replies to RFPs, etc.- Manages and motivates the project team to keep them excited about the project objectives and deliverable; protects the team from outside distractions.- Day to day project management and progress updates collection from project team members.

Position: Project Manager-Responsible for the implementation & development management of the sales process, after sales service, customer feedback & satisfaction while achieving profit targets.-Preparing in teamwork marketing analysis and budgeting.-Responsible for offers cycle; including preparations, negotiations and registration.-Draws technical maps for installation of systems, and provides support to installing technicians.-Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.-Prepare quotations based on the specifications received from the customers.-Receives customer's inquiry about low current systems and makes presentation about the available systems and their functionality.-Visit customers (whether end users, consultants, contractors or interior designers) to make presentations about our solutions & systems.-Handles price negotiations with client under supervision of unit head.-Prepare technical submittals.

Commissioning work for Ericsson Network in LHPR site.3. Commissioning in Princess Noura University for fire alarm, access control, IPT, Networking LAN and WIFI, Audio Video System
