Involved in a multitude of projects ranging from estimating and bidding on projects to the business development and improvement of certain aspects of daily operations and brand image.Throughout this time, the heaviest duty I was tasked with was to coordinate and work with a colleague in a team to inventory equipment and material owned by ACT that value up to around 50 million Canadian Dollars. This process was cumbersome and time consuming as I had to cover three ACT locations that hold more than 980 pieces of heavy machinery and equipment. Secondary to the actual inventory count was the estimating and valuation of each piece of equipment taking into consideration factors such as depreciation values and revenues generated from the unit. Another section that I was involved in was the refurbishment and redesign of the entire purchasing departments' operations. New ideas were introduced, an emphasis on due diligence was a key factor as previous employees failed to recognize the importance of saving on each and every purchase the firm had to make. We decided the best plan of action would be to merge the newly renovated purchasing department and the shipping section of our operation. We are now a team of three specialists, so far, a year into this new system, we run without any glitches or errors. Trying to be as effective as possible while ultimately reducing expenditure on materials, products and requirements that are essential for the operation of a job siteUnder the Instruction of Senior Staff, I am able to continuously expand my knowledge of the special construction industry by learning about specific work techniques, previous jobs and in-house innovations that allow ACT to be a pioneer in the specialty construction industry.

Worked as part of the DeepBauer (Joint Venture) at the Vaughan TTC Subway Station where I was tasked with the procurement of onsite materials and equipment that were essential for daily operation that included Cut off Wall, Secant Piling & Jet Grouting.Organized purchase orders, expense reports, kept track of goods received and managed invoices with our accounts payable department which were ultimately used as inputs for the project cost report

Hired to find a solution for the under performing "on campus" magazine. Had a team of capable interns working on my team where I coordinated the interning groups’ market research. A process that ultimately lead to targeting university and High School Students as well as parents as an extension of the education seekers; the ease of access and low cost associated on acquiring the interest of that market proved to be key.Implementation led to raised product awareness and improved sales of Al Farida’s On Campus Magazine
