Advanced Construction Techniques Ltd. was incorporated in 1992 to provide specialized contracting services for the Civil and Geotechnical Engineering industry. In 2008, Advanced Construction Techniques Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ACT Ltd., was incorporated in the United States in order to better serve our U.S. client base. The knowledge, experience and skills required providing a wide range of ground modification and seepage control services are shared and fully integrated in the companies. Our primary focus is multifaceted Geotechnical construction projects involving underground seepage mitigation and structure settlement control. These projects require innovative solutions utilizing highly specialized techniques and necessitate strong engineering, quality control and assurance, cost management control and best value.
