Worked under the Airport Operations Division to:- Establish new department that aims to elevate current standard (Readiness, Performance & Quality)- Convert raw data into meaningful information and promote Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM)- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) in all core touchpoints within the airport- Develop innovative solutions to improve the airport's capability (e.g. Created passenger forecast logic with 99.65% average accuracy, used for both short & long term planning)- Standardize reporting format and generate consolidated divisional report that measures current performance against strategic goals- Conduct change management review and trials for all new projects with an operational impact- Monitor airport performance and establish policies contributing to its continuous improvement- Research global trends and benchmark top airports to identify opportunities for improvement- Other tasks include supporting departments when needed (such as setting the budget for over seven cost centers, developing business continuity plans, conducting risk assessments, etc.)

Worked under the Airside Operations Department and carried out the following tasks:- Developed semi-automated departmental monthly/weekly/daily reports- Developed / updated documentation (SOPs, Circulars, etc.) and liaised with the Compliance department for document control- Updated Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) tracker and provided support for NOTAM requests submitted to Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (BCAA)- Developed checklist to improve oversight on aircraft turnaround operations- Reviewed and set minimum manpower required to accommodate current / forecasted Air Traffic Movement (ATM)- Supported in corporate tasks (Budget, Annual Plan, etc.)- Supported in setting KPIs and targets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for key stakeholders- Conducted daily shift work (Hand marshalling, issuing violations, routine inspections, etc.)- Carried out ad-hoc tasks related to the Airport Operations Division (AOD) as a whole (ORAT Trials, Terminal Inauguration, Enterprise Risk Management, etc.)

Worked under the Risk & Compliance Department and achieved the following:- Developed and maintained Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)- Developed and maintained Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery Plans (ITDRP)- Evaluated airport operator's Incident Management Plans (IMP) and Operational Contingency Plans (OCP)- Conducted Business Impact Analysis (BIA) on all departments under Bahrain's airport operator and identified numerous Single Point of Failures (SPOF)- Conducted numerous Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) detailed assessments- Conducted overarching Threat and Risk Assessment (TRA) on Bahrain's airport- Liaised directly and served as point of contact in external / governmental audits (e.g. National Audit Office)- Conducted post-incident investigations for major / critical occurrences and implemented short-term remedies while initiating long-term solutions

- Successfully completed the ORAT (Operational Readiness & Airport Transfer) program for Bahrain's new terminal- First airport to successfully open through ORAT but without Advanced Public Trials- Assigned as OIC (ORAT In Charge) for the new terminal's opening. Achieved a successful opening with an instant cut-off from the old terminal and immediate resumption of all operations during peak hours in the new terminal
