• Job Description and Duties:
• Managing the maintenance (reactive & preventative) in the facilities to keep them in operational status.
• Maintain the relationship with the clients in 72 sites. (ADEC, ADM, ADFCA, GAIA and others).
• Following up all the requests and complains raised by the clients and their representative, from receiving them on the CAFM system until they are signed off.
• Managing small projects, such as refurbishment and rehabilitation projects during breaks and holidays and as required.
• Perform planned visits to sites to measure the performance of the service providers and to keep the client satisfied.

• Time Towers – Al Reem Island / Abu Dhabi”: Two Towers (Res. & offices) consist of 2B+4P (Common) +20 typ. floors each.Job Description and Duties:
• Preparing Material submittals for Electrical systems
• Preparing Electrical Shop Drawings for electrical systems; Lighting, Small power, Fire Alarm, Low current systems, Building Management system (BMS), cable routing and Single line diagram and load schedules from draft.
• Carry out electrical calculations such as powers transformers sizing, power cables sizing, voltage drop calculation, circuit breakers sizing, lux calculations and DC batteries sizing.
• Design of electrical systems such as lighting, small power, fire alarm, security & low current, earthing & lightning protection, single line diagram, central battery, telephone.
• Obtain and follow up approval from local authority such as ADDC and DEWA.

• Preparing Electrical Shop Drawings for electrical substations (MV and LV), Lighting, Small power (sockets and A/C), cable routing and Single line diagram and load schedules from draft stage to obtaining approval from.
• Carry out electrical calculations such as powers transformers sizing, power cables sizing, voltage drop calculation, circuit breakers sizing, lux calculations and DC batteries sizing.
• Supervising the installation of substations including Switchgear boards, Cables (MV & LV), Transformers (3.2, 2.5 & 1.6MVA) and MV Ring main units.
• Installation of Earthing and Lightning Protection systems for Electrical substations and LV rooms.
