Job Description and Duties: • Managing the maintenance (reactive & preventative) in the facilities to keep them in operational status.• Maintain the relationship with the clients in 72 sites. (ADEC, ADM, ADFCA, GAIA and others).• Following up all the requests and complains raised by the clients and their representative, from receiving them on the CAFM system until they are signed off.• Managing small projects, such as refurbishment and rehabilitation projects during breaks and holidays and as required.• Perform planned visits to sites to measure the performance of the service providers and to keep the client satisfied.• Arrange meetings with the service providers to discuss issues and solutions, health and safety procedures and also to update the PPM schedules• Studying the updated assets register to decide the replacements to be done• Technical support for the teams at sites• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards• Assisting the facilities and area manager to manage the contracts, contractors and clients expectations• Monitor and control the progress of the work at sites to measure the quality of executed works • Reporting to the facility manager regularly for updating

• Time Towers – Al Reem Island / Abu Dhabi”: Two Towers (Res. & offices) consist of 2B+4P (Common) +20 typ. floors each.Job Description and Duties: • Preparing Material submittals for Electrical systems• Preparing Electrical Shop Drawings for electrical systems; Lighting, Small power, Fire Alarm, Low current systems, Building Management system (BMS), cable routing and Single line diagram and load schedules from draft stage to obtaining approval from Consultant • Carry out electrical calculations such as powers transformers sizing, power cables sizing, voltage drop calculation, circuit breakers sizing, lux calculations and DC batteries sizing.• Design of electrical systems such as lighting, small power, fire alarm, security & low current, earthing & lightning protection, single line diagram, central battery, telephone.• Obtain and follow up approval from local authority such as ADDC and DEWA.• Supervising the installation of substations including MV & LV Switchgear boards, Cables (MV & LV), Transformers (1.5MVA) and MV Ring main units.• Installation of Earthing and Lightning Protection systems.• Installation of MDB's, SMDB's, Final DBs, light fittings, Earthing & Lightning systems, Fire alarm, security & low current systems and BMS with all interfaces with electrical and mechanical systems• Monitor and Control all the electrical activities on site to ensure the project installation is carried in accordance with contract and specifications • Carry out Testing, commissioning • Carryout maintenance of plant during defects liability• Compile O&M manuals together with as built drawings• Duties include client liaison, conceptual design, budget costing, chair site meetings and project manager assistance.

• DS150 - Jabel Ali Sewage Treatment Plant: Jebel Ali STP is D.M. project of 300K m3/day. It includes Four Substations (11KV and 6.6KV) with three main feeders from DEWA, 25 Power Transformers and more than 50 LV MCC panels• City Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City-Dubai: Modern Hospital consists of 2B+G& 10 Floors can take more than 500 patient. Job Description and Duties: • Preparing Electrical Shop Drawings for electrical substations (MV and LV), Lighting, Small power (sockets and A/C), cable routing and Single line diagram and load schedules from draft stage to obtaining approval from the Consultant.• Carry out electrical calculations such as powers transformers sizing, power cables sizing, voltage drop calculation, circuit breakers sizing, lux calculations and DC batteries sizing.• Supervising the installation of substations including Switchgear boards, Cables (MV & LV), Transformers (3.2, 2.5 & 1.6MVA) and MV Ring main units.• Installation of Earthing and Lightning Protection systems for Electrical substations and LV rooms.• Performing the tests for cables such as continuity, insulation.• Installation of Final DBs, light fittings, industrial power sockets and A/C split units.• Submitting shop drawings and RFIs to the Consultant to obtain approval • Responsible for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems: supervising installation of Fire Alarm system, Nitrogen system for substations and Deluge system for transformers. • Testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipments (Motors, Pumps ...etc) and instruments during operation • Monitor and operate the Plant from Control room (DCS).
