Follow up cases, retrieve and inform passenger for collection. Send to appropriate destination with baggage manifest including Rush Tags. Prepare baggage manifest for left over luggage and arrange to send to destinations concerned for delivery.ii) Carry out passenger check in procedure and dispatch flights.Study DFS, Final Pax manifests, receive allocated task and perform check in procedure , ensure that passenger baggage are security screened, weighed and tagged properly. Complete check in procedure within the set time. In close coordination with Air Operation, Ramp unit, perform the task of Flight Dispatcher. Confirm number of checked baggage matches with Final pax manifest, Confirm volume or weight of cargo be loaded and adjust pax manifest accordingly.iii) Loading and offloading of cargo safelyWith close coordination of Cargo warehouse supervisor, perform task of cargo labelling, storing at correct places. Load cargo as per the cargo manifest onto the correct flights on Ensure that cargoes are loaded are security screened, documented and loaded in aircraft safely. iiv) Assist in Contingents rotation operations. With coordination with Supervisor, handle rotation flight within the mission area. Coordinate with Liaison Officer, prepare pax and cargo manifests and dispatch flights as per the Daily Flight Schedule.Note: I performed the duties mentioned above as Individual Contractor from 15/05/2008 up to 14/01/2009 ( Helper at MovCon Airport Terminal) .
