 Major Responsibilities- Complete ULTRA (Unilever Trader Resource Automation) Operations- To ensure the smooth operation of ULTRA (Unilever Trade Resource Automation)- Build and encourage the customer’s behaviour towards company’s systems- To ensure Proper usage of Darwin HHT (iPAQs) in Market- To ensure proper Usage of ‘DSR / SKU Productivity Reports’ and other MIS Reports at customers- To ensure the proper implementation of ‘FCS’ (Field Capability Score) and usage of its reports- To ensure Usage of ‘DSR Statement’ for cash deposit purpose at customer end- To ensure proper usage of Automated Claims, Target Module, Merchandizing Module, FCS Monitoring, CCFOT and Project Darwin, Perfect Store, etc at relevant customers- I am handling different type of queries for Unilever Pakistan Ltd- To make analysis of different reports in MS Excel for decision making- Create different charts and reports in MS Excel- To develop and design different report formats to improve the business- To ensure proper and in time reporting from Region to H.O / Regional Office- Support to Regional management in different analysis i.e. Productivity, Penetration, HHT status, ROI, FCS etc. As well as in different operational issues- To ensure discipline, punctuality, team build-up and training to new team members for the smooth / efficient functioning of Ultra Operations- Help GSM/RSM/ROM/JMs in different analysis i.e. Productivity Reports, Unproductive POP & POC, Sale reports etc.
