Project: Doha Oasis Project:(design and build project) consists of four basements, three stories Mall, internal theme park,10 stories residential building & 7 start hotel, AECOM as consultant office, working as Construction manager. MEP Project Value 1,900,000,000/- QAR (Refrigeration ton capacity is 12,000 TR) Responsibilities::• Design review and design development on IFC drawings • Review all mechanical calculation including and not limited to water supply system, drainage system and HVAC system.• Prepared proposals and methods of installation for system and equipment loading and installation. Supervised the draught staff for technicality, productivity and daily progress. Review and issued shop drawings with required quick calculations as per national codes and standard such as ASHRAE, SMACNA and NFPA. Coordinated with the subcontractors for scope of work and requirements.• Study all technical drawings, and contract documents • Review the technical submittal of materials and ensure compliance with the project specifications• Manage and supervise the subcontractor / Sr. site engineers.• Ensure that all construction works are undertaken to required designs, specification standard and QHSE requirements• Determine labor requirements and dispatch worker to construction site.• Monitor site progress including installation of required equipment against accepted program
