Here are some of these responsibilities:• Develop, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.• Monitor contract performance and administer contract changes and amendments as necessary.• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.• Resolve disputes and conflicts through effective negotiation techniques.• Identify and assess contractual risks and provide strategies to mitigate them.• Conduct a risk analysis to support project planning and decision-making.• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations throughout the contract lifecycle.• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.• Work closely with project managers, legal advisors, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on contract objectives.• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project.• Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and related documentation.• Prepare and present reports on contract performance, financial implications, and compliance issues.• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior contract specialists and project team members on contractual matters.• Facilitate training sessions on contract management best practices.• Manage change orders and variations, ensuring proper documentation and communication.• Assess the impact of changes on project timelines and budgets.• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address contractual issues and foster positive relationships.• Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and concerns.
