Banking Operations:- Establish and manage solid banking relations, to ensure smooth flow of banking transactions at competitive tariffs at all times.Cash and Liquidity Management:- Monitor and control cash flow, to ensure that there is sufficient liquidity to meet the company’s operation needs and strategic objectives.- Ensure the Group has access to sufficient liquidity to enable it to complete the strategic plan as approved by the Board Managing and maintaining a very strong cash position at all times and usedue process to anticipate, monitor, and deal with cash fluctuations, improving forecasting.Risk Management:- Establish and manage flexible management, to add value by economically managing the company’s FX, interest rate, and investment risks consistent with business objectives.Project Management:-Establish and manage solid fund position, to ensure that adequate funding is available for new Group projects and offshore companies as per the approved budget.Debt management:- Advising and managing business unit’s debts, to ensure that strategic financial targets are met without constraint. Moreover, ensure that Group meets all loan covenants pertaining to the debt structure, ensuring the Company complies with the terms of its loan facilities, and to monitor the level of debtors and help to resolve any issues on individual counter partiesFinance & accounting management:- Managing Group financial reporting that includes monthly management report such as financial ratio’s, financial statements, cash flow forecast, and financial highlights- Support Group finance departments in monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements- Supporting and advising Group Finance departments regarding establishment and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principlesOthers:- To provide support to the business in the pricing of its services- Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to the GM & BOD

- Develop, implement, and maintain strong and efficient finance and accounting systems, strategies, plans policies, procedure, and controls.- Develop and implement company fund raising, capital formation and capital deployment strategies.- Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, comprehensive budgets, and performance reports.- Conduct and review internal and external feasibility studies and evaluate investments.- Manage and oversee audits, insurances, tax and any other related functions compliance's.- Manage organization departments, improve revenues, maintain healthy position, and ensure that 249Startups meets all it’s legal and financial obligations.- Engage with and enhance investors, partners and donor’s financial confidence and deliver their expected financial standards, plans and reports.- Play key role in cross functional projects and provide subject matters expertise.- Liaison work with internal and external stake holders, banks, and regulatory agencies.- Develop and implement entrepreneur’s fund’s investments instruments, strategies and programs that fits the Sudanese ecosystem and manage all its related activities.- Provide technical support, training, and consultancy to 249Startups selected startups and entrepreneurs.- Recognize opportunities and proactively take ownership of projects or elements of projects.- Establish and lead strong technical team that deliver efficiently and effectively all the department functions and activities.

- Monitoring and managing the Company bank relationships and liquidity management- Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash.- Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments- Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships. Negotiate bank and service fees.- Managing all trade finance function such as corporate financing, LC's and LG's.- Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations- Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to the GM- Forecasting of cash flow, and medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements- Daily cash management- Debt facilities management- Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies- Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies- Making sure all treasury transactions are entered in the ERP and complying accounting principles- Team management- Liaising with senior management across the Company- Supporting the month end process where necessary
