• Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate monthly financial accounts in accordance with internal procedures. • Perform routine accounting functions such as account/ledger maintenance. • Bank reconciliation. • Prepare monthly accrual entries to allocate each month with the related expenses for the monthly reporting purpose. • Review vendors invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. • Review the tax amounts of each invoice with the tax law. • Analyze the invoice’s information to allocate it to the right accounts and the right period and prepare entry for any foreign currency (FX). • Record the invoices on the ERP system. • Track the expenses and process expense reports • Monitor the accounts to ensure that the payments are up to date. • Prepare the payments (transfers and checks). • Reconcile the accounts payable transactions. • Reconcile vendor statements and correct any discrepancies. • Prepare monthly reports for the vendors’ balances and the accrual amounts.
