Duties & Responsibilities:1. Handle day to day operations and follow up the production process from the raw material until the finished product is delivered to the finished product warehouse.2. Supervise the production line, troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions and control the waste of the raw material and ensure that the final product is according to the quality standards.3. Implement 5S and lean manufacturing.4. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.5. Analyze stopping for production lines, set plan for decreasing the unplanned stops.6. Issue the Daily & monthly production reports showing (Performance, OEE, Waste percentage and Material Consumption).7. Ensure that the production process & staff are working according to the safety regulations.8. Provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.9. Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:1. Achieving production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined quality and safety standards. 2. Monitoring & Controlling waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste. 3. Review and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (include downtimes analysis and efficiency analysis ) 4. Coordinates with maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedule so as not to disrupt production target.
