Leading Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations of three Plants - two in Pakistan and one in Vietnam along with Local and international CMO’s. Responsible for Supply Chain Operation, Research and development, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing and logistics.

- Support Site for Technical and Quality related issues and marketing companies for Quality matters.- To ensure the compliance of Site systems for GMS, CGMP and regulatory requirements concerning Product Quality and local and corporate procedures.- Facilitate in the implementation of new products and streamlining process to suite business needs.- Support Pharma & Consumer business operations for all new initiatives.- Formulate rotation, career, succession & training plans for the Quality team, and discuss with the Human Resource Manager to ensure their comprehensive development plans are in line with the business objectives.- Ensure best-fit recruitment of individuals according to the Position Profile- Carry out performance appraisals of the reporting team members, as per the individual goals set for the year
