My responsibilities include: * Purchase Orders processing, and follow up * PD network folder updates ; * Liaise between DFI and DAL Group sister companies and overseas offices ; * Update files of the network shared folder * Supplier's payments ; * Place, approve, follow up and deliver approved purchase requisitions. ; * Any other duties assigned by the Procurements Manager. ; * Quotes collection: To collect reasonable and competitive different quotes for materials and services (Local/Foreign) ; * Bids comparison: To reflect the competitiveness of the of quotes collected ; * Negotiation: Continuous job to minimize the cost of goods purchased to the minimum possible level ; * Procurement: Actual purchase orders processing ; * Financing follow up: To follow up with finance department the status of financing the placed orders ; * Documentation: To provide finance with full set of documents related to received orders ; * Reporting: Continuous update of the procurement track files (Local/Foreign) ; * Department organization * Officers' load distribution ; * Reporting: Continuous update of the procurement track files (Local/Foreign) ;

* Find Out the customer's needs. ; * Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise.*Receive and process cash, cheques and charge / credit payments. ; * Requisition for new stock ; * Directing Area Sales Team (As Acting for Area Sales Manager) ; * Plan, prospect, solicit and develop new business opportunities with assigned clients ; * Planning and implementation of sales strategies and other marketing strategies as planned by the Management ; * Assist staff to resolve customer concerns and problems ; * Present and sell company products and services to customers ; * Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts; ; * Studying and marketing intelligence of competitor's products and Reporting to the Management ;
