 Reporting direct to Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE). Ensure compliance all the site work as per approved project specification and procedure. Review documents, drawings, specification, procedure & method statement. Prepare review and validate NCR’s being issued at site. Maintain and updates the NCR register on a regular basis which will from part of the weekly report and closely monitor the close out of NCR. Inspection for all site activities like excavation, PCC, Waterproofing, Protection Screed, Raft/ Footing Steel work, Columns, Dowels, Slump Test, From work Alignment, Slab & Beams, Precast wall & Hollow core Slab erection, topping & screed work, Block works, Plaster works, Floor and Wall Tiling works. Review and monitor of contractor procedure s practice for health & Safety. Ensured that the work is carried in compliance with the project procedures and processed the invoices. Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Resident Engineer. Certify bills related to material delivery and tests conducted at site. Elaborating inspection and test programs and making method statement for the works to be done. Conducting regular job site inspections. Develop detailed design layout that covers the requirement of the client.  Responsible for safety measures on site. Responsible for preparation of running bills and communication with client and consultant. Execution of construction work according to supplied drawings. Coordination with Mechanical engineer and electrical engineer.

 Inspection of steel/reinforcement work as per approved shop drawing. Inspecting materials used on site as per approved material submittals. Inspection of all finishing works including of plastering, tiling work, block work, painting work, waterproofing of wet areas and cladding. Inspection of concrete casting and to assure its quality as per required data (grade and slump/flow rate). Reviewing the technical submittals and method statements with resident engineer. Preparing monthly progress report of quantities of materials for payment to contractors. Prepare reports on the progress of work on site for the re review and approval. . Reviewed the various drawings of the contractor and took photographs of the actual site. Ensured that the work is carried in compliance with the project procedures and processed the invoices. Inspected the construction site on a daily basis to ensure that all safety and quality procedures are adhered to. Prepared reports for the submission work carried as per the construction plans and drawings. Prepared and confirmed the payrolls of the employees working at the site. Coordinated with the Senior Inspector to complete all work. Prepared weekly reports of the construction process and made any changes to the plan if necessary. Inspect the works executed onsite and ensure their compliance with the contract drawing
