Current• Oracle Cerner Application Support IT Engineer.• On-Site L2 Support to EHS (Emirates Health Service) managed Hospitals & Clinics in Sharjah.• Updating / Resolving Tickets in Remedy BMC.• Diagnose and troubleshoot Technical & Network Issues related to Printers, EMR systems, Passwords and various Healthcare Portals of Oracle Cerner.• Interacting with Hospital Staff on Daily basis to understand their issues and provide them on site resolution.• Properly Escalate Unresolved issues to L3.• Provide prompt and accurate feedback.• Ensuring all issues are logged properly.• Prioritizing and Managing Several Open Issues. • Prepare Accurate and Timely Reports.• Document Technical Knowledge in the Form of Notes and Manuals.
