This included creating the tools and rules to make it easier to checkout code from several repository control systems, post to code review systems and update the project management systems.• Designed new white box and black box unit tests for use by the testing teams.• Presented “lunch and learn” sessions for peers covering topics such a coding, debugging, and protocols.• Mentored co-op students and new employees to the team.• Sent to the World Series of Poker 2012 event in Las Vegas and the 2013 Grand Prix of Monaco to debug multimedia-streaming problems in BB10 and Playbook devices.

This involved dealing with new APIs as new kernels were released, debugging PCI/PCIe, DMA, and IRQ issues.
