Care for sweet potato plants (cut, adubation, watering, harvesting, manage and clean fields)

•Physical receiving of incoming shipments, unloading from the truck, dismantling, checking and ensure 3-way matching per PR/PO/Packing list/Delivery Challan, arrange communication for QAQC & ensure EIR for new item, Issuing the materials to respective customer per SO/WO. Keep tracking of direct charge materials through excel file, update the JDE system according to ISPM/FIRM process and ensure the proper documentation/filling for future ref. and auditing support. •Organize receiving of surplus materials upon request from end user through cycle count & MTF•Work as Area Controller supervise lifting/rigging jobs & heavy equipment (forklift, cargo crane and crane) operation, and educate the daily workforce (labor, rigger & helper) with warehouse safe work practices (WSWP). •Coordinate and ensure local logistics and transportation issue internal and external C&F agents. •Arrange regular scraps disposal thorugh local vendor (Wood, metal plastic & chemical etc.). •Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report coordinating with Warehouse Officer & others stake holders•Monitor preservation, cycle count activities & all daily inventory transactions and identify, report, and take actions for anomalies•Ensure timely cycle counts, stock-take, and materials reconciliation in a defined interval •Communicate/update/train warehouse personnel •Maintain close relationship with all stakeholders and ensure material is ordered with right specs, quantity and within due time •Coordinate with procurement and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of each order and expediting •Coordinate with Finance Team to close out/receive long pending/UOS&D PO/Invoice •Tracking records for every single value creation associated with the dept•Assist WH Office/Material Supervisor to find out obsolete items, keeping records to proceed further for write off•Create UOS&D and follow up with buyer & logistics team •Create Purchase Requisition (PR) of the non-stock materials through SMART GEP/ARIBA

• Perform 3 way check in receiving physical materials, store as per preservation guideline & raise/report UOS&D (Unsatisfactory/Over/Short/Damage) if any• Loading, unloading, receive, issue materials manually/trolley & enter data in the system [JDE(ERP)]• Labeling/tagging/shelving of materials including chemical handling• Data entry job in MS Excel regarded to daily operation• Perform preservation, cycle count activities periodically and report to WH Officer• Create Purchase Requisition (PR) through SMART/ARIBA (e-Procurement Software) and meet TQ (Technical Queries) • Perform all sort of documentation & data entry related to the operation• Provide 100% dedicated customer service
