We have a wide range of sweet potatoes varieties, different flesh colours, higher yields and better resistance to diseases. Within the various varieties we can highlight “Orleans” – In many ways a twin of Beauregard, but better. With smooth light rose skin and deep orange flesh, but what makes Orleans so outstanding for the growers is the regularity of the shape of the roots. “Bellevue” is another strong example of an exceptional variety, was bred to provide an orange fleshed, copper skinned variety with superior storage root shape, skin smoothness and disease resistance. Among the others varieties we have with white flesh like “Bonita” and “Murasaki” with amazing and special flavour, and the purple varieties like “Sakura”, a super premium product consider by many as a Super Food.
