- Participates in the design, build, test and deployment of required technical solutions- Coordinates stakeholder collaboration for requirements identification- Establishes relationships with a client, working directly with a client counterpart to engage them in design processes- Assists with training and communications to support pilot and implementation activities

- Assists in technical design, development, implementation, and support of the organizations of the computing environment - Involved in server-related projects with system patching - Helps with the installation, testing, and maintenance of software/hardware in a multiple server and multiple network operation system environments spanning multiple computer sites - Conducts tests on application/server performances on a regular basis using applicable monitoring tools - Assists with producing statistics/reports on system performance
