About us:HR1 - Executive Search Firm is the largest and professional Executive Recruitment Agency in Vietnam dedicated to support the hiring needs of multinational and locally owned companies, across the APAC region.My duties, but not limited to, are:- Investigating and analyzing client’s requirements to identify the most efficient searching/sourcing strategies- Compiling recruiting data and metrics from clients to ensure to directly deliver the exact information such as hiring policies, company perks and values, etc. to candidates- Utilizing those metrics to communicate and attract potentially via professional job boards.- Working directly with various clients and stakeholders for their recruitment process- Providing assistance in every step of the process of recruitment to facilitate interviews/discussions between clients and candidates.- Coordinating with other Account Holder and Stakeholder/Hiring Manager in every step of recruitment to consult either candidates or clients on the status quo of the market. - Building and manage a network and pipeline of established and rising talents for potential vacancies in the future, specifically in domain/industry such as Ecommerce, Fintech, Insurance, etc.

With a rapid growth within 2 years of operation, Jellyfish HR is now expanding its market to non-Japanese enterprises. We understand that recruiting process is a critical factor for the success and development of a business. Hence, all of our customers are well treated by our specialists in various industries and functions.My Duties, but not limited to, are:-The first brick in my foundation of IT Recruitment. Being trained and equipped technical stacks and the market in a nutshell.- Periodically approaching handpicked candidates in internal system (Which was over 50.000 profiles at the time being)to make sure its talent pipeline and resources are continuously taken care and updated.- Sourcing suitable profiles and CVs for Career Advisor team.- Reaching out and building strong relationship with potential candidates within system and other job boards such as Career Builder, Vietnamwork, Jobstreet, etc.- Figuring out their insights and intentions as well as collaborating with other Career Advisors to provide assistance and consultation for those open for opportunities.- Periodically re-approaching onboarding candidates to collect feedbacks and level of satisfaction in order to retain relationships before and after processing. Thus, alleviating chances for next collaboration for his/her job changing with Jellyfish HR.Achievement:- Develop basic background knowledge about recruitment industry, specifically IT industry- Develop basic sourcing and employer branding strategy
