- Foreign investment and corporate governance: Advising and assisting foreign clients with direct and indirect investment activities in Vietnam, including advising on legal basis for market entry, investment options; Advising on other corporate regulatory matters and licensing.- M&A projects: Participating in M&A deals on manufacturing, oil and gas (LPG), sea transportation, aviation, construction and real-estate including conducting legal due diligence, business re-structuring, drafting transaction documents, assisting in M&A negotiations.
