Director -Transfer Pricing Services
CurrentHolding Director position and taking responsibility for developing specialized Transfer pricing service line at Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited. Operation: - Lead a professional team specialized in Transfer pricing service- Hold responsibility for portfolio covering clients in diversified industries (including but not limiting to industrial and consumer goods, IT, wholesale/retail)- Assist clients with an expanded horizon of Transfer Pricing services (covering compliance, planning and advisory), taking considerations from both Vietnamese and international Transfer Pricing perspectives- Represent transfer pricing positions of clients against challenges from tax authorities during transfer pricing audit/inspections Market: - Participation as main speaker in several Tax seminars organized by the Firm and external professional organizations- Prepare publication materials for the Firm and represent Transfer pricing service line - Cooperate with other departments and service lines of the Firm to develop market share and seek for cross-sale opportunities People: - Build and operate an effective Transfer Pricing team via recruitment, human resource management and training/coaching to junior levels- Provide technical guidance, legal updates, trainings and ad-hoc supports to junior levels to seek for solutions in various transfer pricing issues
