Act as tier 3 / level 3 technical support of HPE Global (now Micro Focus) to- Work directly with Engineering team for further processes of enhancement / development requests, documentation updates, bug fixes, required code changes.- Take escalation / elevation from Level 2 support; involve in tickets which are extremely hot / escalated to top management level.- Monitor specific Level 2 support performance indicators to ensure proper delivery of the business.- Attend weekly meeting with Delivery Managers in all regions to offer help as well as plan trainings on demand.- Build, manage & maintain LAB system (VMs for testing & troubleshooting purposes) for global team.- Participate in creating / updating / reviewing Product Knowledge Base documents.- Prepare & upload training materials to global LMS (Learning Management System) which includes onboarding training, technical training designed for all support tiers.

Act as second-line technical support of HPE (now Micro Focus) Data Protector to- Take escalation / elevation tickets from frontline support; involve in / provide support directly to tickets from hot / premier corporate customers.- Offer in-depth technical support with advanced troubleshooting as well as log & debug analysis of MS Exchange, Oracle, VMware, Hyper-V, Sybase backup & recovery.- Mentor and assist Frontline support in new processes, procedures.- Coordinate with L2 Team to guarantee timely involvement of right & high technical resources.
