Also known as a Residence Advisor (RA,) I oversee undergraduate students in the university housing environment. I act as a mentor and campus expert, but also assist in conflict resolution and enforcing community and university guidelines. I am a mandated reporter and care about the safety of my residents above all else. I take into consideration students' social, emotional and physical needs. Planning events and programs consistently is part of my job. Events I have done in the past focus on health and wellness, recreation, networking, culture and community service.
