I have experience in sourcing from various portals including LinkedIn, Instahyre, TopHire, Internshala and Naukri.com along with managing the ATS (iCIMS and ZOHO Recruit) end-to-end for various job openings. Further, Diversity Hiring, Scheduling Interviews, Hiring Meetings, Organizing Coding Challenges on HackerRank, etc. have also been part of my experiences. I have majorly worked on Tech Recruitment or IT Recruitment and partially on Non-Tech Recruitment or Non-IT Recruitment in the market hiring/lateral hiring space, however, open to exploring other areas as well.With an inclination towards Talent Acquisition and Data Analytics, I have graduated from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong.I have internship experience in Talent Acquisition while working with Airbus, D.
