 Lead Engineering for projects in our pipeline residential, commercial, and utility scale Complete System Designs for PV projects including: site plans, mechanical racking and attachment plans, single-line electrical drawings, specification of BOS location and interconnection details, and labeling  Interface and provide streamlined project information and detailed BOM to the procurement managers. Responsible for product market research and support to sales team Provide technical support to sales team in Asia Pacific Region. Perform a site surveys and collect project pre design information. Solar Water Pumping and on/off Grid Installations Responsible for new application products development  Attend international Exhibitions and conferences

• Direct and manage project execution and management from beginning to end including design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. • Define project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with executive management. • Develop full-scale project plans, schedule and associated communications documents. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion. • Communicate with customers and engineering partners on an ongoing basis. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Draft and submit budget proposals, and the subsequent budget changes and cost control together and against quality control where necessary. • Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with the customers• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and control the project progress to meet the time schedule • Develop and deliver progress reports, analysis, solutions, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
