Created new team and ideas for Skills Online that focuses on online IT training, campus based professional training for teachers.Offering new courses.

• Ensuring timely dispatch of riders at Islamabad/Rawalpindi hub.• Monitoring and reconciling daily COD (cash) deposits by riders.• Monitoring Controls placed on movement of returns/rejects from the customer to inventory.• Reporting TATs, daily performance and Cash Flows of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.• Monitoring TATs and performance for the rest of the hubs as well.• Daily Reporting of Rawalpindi and Islamabad Logistics Performance and Cash Flows.• Monitoring Reverse Logistics (Return pickup) performance of all hubs and ensuring that SOPs and TATs are being met.• Coordinating with other hub managers to monitor the performance of Freight forwarders and timely resolution of issues.

Here I was working as IT and web & graphics teacher. Duties included teaching computer troubleshooting,fundamentals of networking, & web and graphics designing.

This was the placement year of my degree course where I was based in the Web Design Department. Duties included developing IT administrative tools for use within the department. This position called upon many skills I had learned as part of my degree and tested my ability to put them into practice in a ‘real world’ situation
