• Primary relationship manager for Johnson Banks’ clients including Mozilla, UAL, Unicef, DEC, Action for Children, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Acumen, the University of Cambridge, Qatar Museums, and the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD)• Manage all significant projects including scoping work, estimating & agreeing costs, negotiating contracts, scheduling work, organising all meetings, workshops and interviews, managing suppliers, invoicing and generally ensuring that all projects run smoothly, to schedule and within budget.• Regularly conduct one-to-one research interviews with clients at a senior level including board members and trustees.• Conduct visual and verbal audits of clients’ brands and those of their competitors; write, build and analyze surveys, and draw together research into final reports for clients.• Together with the Creative Director devise positioning, brand narrative, and where relevant naming and strap lines for all brand projects, and run workshops with clients to agree these.• Work with designers and suppliers to implement new brands including producing detailed brand guidelines.• Devise and implement strategies for obtaining new business, write proposals and participate in pitches.• Deal with press & PR enquiries, and proactively promote Johnson Banks in non-design media.• Lead weekly studio meetings to review the status of projects, discuss new business enquiries and to allocate new work to designers.• Lead and manage all digital projects, including Johnson Banks’ website, and manage relationships with developers & digital agencies.
