As a team member of Teles Properties, one of the fastest growing and most prestigious brokerages in California, I specialize in Residential Sales on the Monterey Peninsula, in addition to International Luxury Real Estate. My strong background in finance, business and customer relations management bolsters every aspect of my client transactions. Whether assisting sellers, buyers or investor clients, my process includes taking my client’s situation and the market context into consideration, and then designing a strategy to achieve their intended results.Before being recruited by Teles Properties, I helped found and manage other Real Estate offices on in the Carmel CA area. For example, I was recruited by DMB Realty Estate Properties to represent Clint Eastwood’s Teháma residential development and the prestigious Monterra Community. And, I was one of the founding members of Keller Williams Realty’s Carmel office, where I earned Keller Williams Realty’s “Top Performer for Residential Sales” locally and nationally, exceeding $22m within a 1-year period. Other awards include Keller Williams’ “Quadruple Gold Medallion,” “Top 10% Nationwide” and, in 2006, the “Top 20% Carmel, California.” I’ve been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 2005, and am E-Pro Certified and a “Green Certified Real Estate Professional.” In 2008, I was President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Monterey Peninsula.One of the subtler aspects of being a successful Realtor® is my high level of community involvement, e.g., serving on Boards of various organizations, supporting community causes, and in 2007, serving as President of Carmel’s Chamber of Commerce to support economic development. For over three years I was part of a team of agents serving the entire Monterey peninsula and Santa Cruz areas.

As Business Development Manager for Advance Consulting, I managed accounts for Fortune 500 and midsize multinational organizations. My responsibilities included lead generation and follow-up, technical and pricing proposal writing, and contract negotiations through completion.Through adept relationship management I helped acquire several large engagements resulting in successful client partnerships in the healthcare technology, energy, and government industries. I was also instrumental in helping the company get on the General Services Administration (GSA) schedule for government contracts in 2012.

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Barbara Kathleen Corporation, a franchise enterprise of four successful restaurants, I restructured the organization from multiple corporations into one and successfully navigated an existing adversarial partnership change which resulted in doubling the business. I also obtained significant funding for the remodel of two new restaurants, which I oversaw through completion, grand opening and subsequent success. The demands were great and inspired me to design internal systems for every aspect of operations, human resources, and overall management strategies. The most exciting aspect of my tenure with BK Corp was that I was able to successfully mentor a strong force of managers and employees by developing incentive programs that fostered self-esteem and advancement. This resulted in a team of satisfied, long-term employees that exists today … a rarity in the restaurant world.
