As Manager Transformation at Khaadi, I am acting as a catalyst in the business transformation of our organization and supporting major cultural change initiatives on multiple levels, identifying areas for improvement to implement necessary changes to enable the business to perform to its optimum ability.

My role makes me key to the business and ambassador for the brand for running the company flagship store to exceed company's targets and policies. My aim is to maximise profit whilst minimising costs. Having 4 years of Fashion Retail experience, I ensure operations are smooth and merchandised to the company's standards, staff are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer care standards are met.Utilizing my previous job roles experiences in Khaadi I enjoy making my operations efficient by working with the Human Resources, Marketing, Logistics, Information Technology, Supply Chain and Finance departments in the company's Head Office. Most-liked part being Head of Flagship Store is managing and motivating my team of 70 members to increase sales, maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry and initiating changes to improve the retail operations and business.

My core responsibility is to Manage Khaadi Existing Business Unit ( Womens Pret -Concept) at Retail End. My job efforts increases Business Unit Sales, also contributes in overall Khaadi sales growth & achieving company targets.

Managed team of operations effectively; prioritizing customer satisfaction, coordination with Clients to get service related information, and to get confirmation of service after delivering it. Attend complaints from Customer, investigation of complaint and send complete report to Manager.

Work closely with customer services management as well as with internal customers to set the direction for new feature set and new call handling techniques. Also I ensure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidences are reported and highlighted. I resolve sensitive snatch theft vehicle issues.
