As an Aramco Approved PID, my activities include Quality monitoring for all stages of the project cycle from design review up to approval of final MCC to ensure compliance with applicable MSAERs and project specifications. Attend Weekly Project Progress and QC Meetings: The primary concern during these meetings is to look-ahead schedules and quality related matters, provide quality management support to PMT when meeting with contractor.Weekly Look Ahead Schedules: Review Contractors 2-Week Look-ahead Schedule to assist in the planning of inspection coverage of the work activities.Surveillance Inspection: Full authority and responsibility to monitor and inspect on-going construction activities even if an RFI is not received. This is to ensure that rework and potential non-compliance are avoided.Support to Project Management Team: Assist the PMT in enforcing and interpreting Company standards and specifications, recommend solutions to construction problems or violations if required, consult with the assigned specialist within the Engineering Services Organization.Contractors Quality Control System: Review, comment on, approve or disapprove the Contractor's construction and pre-commissioning activity, in accordance with Schedule Q.Contractor's Quality System Audits: Review the contractors Internal auditor qualifications and audit history, and the quality system audit schedule for compliance with schedule Q.Assessment of Contractor QC Personnel: Review the qualifications and experience of the contractors QC personnel related to construction phases, conduct their interviews/examination for approval or disapproval.

Electrical and Instrument Project Inspection Engineer in Quality, Efficiency and Safety of Electrical components as per the Local & International Standards/Requirements of (IEC, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, IEEE, NEMA). My daily activities include performing Inspections for Saudi Aramco, Saudi Electricity Company, SWCC and various other clients for Transformers, Generators, Motors, Switch-gears, Distribution boards, Cables etc.Witnessing of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at the vendors facility and to make sure that all the requirements during the product testing are followed as per the Inspection and Test Plan and applicable standards, Review of Test reports and finalizing the Inspection report with our recommendation as a Third Party Inspection Agency for further Release
