- Responsible for the Recruitment of all departments positions from Staff up to Manager such as+ Sales team (RSM, ASM, Modern Trade Manager, Key Account, Sales Sup, Sales Rep, Business Development, Sales Admin, Sales Operator, Sales Audit, Compliance...)+ Marketing (Brand Manager, Activation, Event, Digital Manager, PG PB Sup, Designer...)+ Operations (Procurement, Planning Manager, QA, QC, R&D, Warehouse, Delivery, Operator...)+ Office (Talent Acquisition, HR, Admin, Intern ...)

- Assisting foreign lecturers in making academic documents according to BTEC program.- Managing teaching schedule, payroll and academic regulations.- Maintaining relationships with foreign universities to cooperate in exchange and top-up programs.- Liaised with Marketing Department in organizing events.- Supported activities and materials needed for workflow.- Be in charge of logistics and facilitate handling.- Other tasks assigned by Director.

- Screening and selecting faculty and other applications.- Follow-up recruiting procedure to begin until the end.- Collaborated with faculties to conduct promoted workshop.- Deal with issues arising from the side of the lecturer.- Aiding foreign document clearance as requested.
