CurrentFollow processes defined in procedures and work instructions independently and withcollaboration from Quality Assurance issue Batch Production Records (BPR), Solution Lot Records(SLR), and any associated labels according to the site master production schedule. ● Perform Tank & Transfer Line CIP’s, SIP’s, and Inspections before each batch.● Coordinate issuance timing and communicate any issues to multiple cross-functional groups.● Review issued MPRs and associated labels against Master Sample Matrix prior to issuing to themanufacturing floor.● Help identify improvement opportunities and help to brainstorm and execute solutions.● Provide solutions on an infrequent basis based on well-established precedents or procedures toresolve simple technical and operational problems that arise.● Maintains records and controlled-room environment to comply with regulatory requirements,GMPs, and SOPs.● Take product samples from tanks.● Provide a moderate level of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair of process systems,equipment and equipment components which include but not limited to: valves, pumps,gearboxes, variable frequency drives, utility skids, cleaning equipment, support equipment.● Complete work orders in CMMS, changing the status from released to awaiting reviews.● Create Bioreactor process Trend Report from PI Events.● Create Data Reports from Infobatch.● Set up Pods, STAX filters, and hoses for Centrifugation Process.● Submit samples into Labware prior to taking samples from Centrate tank.
