Coordination of all company projects in accordance with the Head OfficeCoordination with Project Managers for any Manpower, Material requirements Pointing out lags of the Projects in accordance with the Baseline PlanProgress reporting, tracking and follow up of Project related issues.Preparing the project documentation status by compiling data and ensuring the validity of the dataTo attend periodical meetings with clients, consultants, reporting project progress and milestonesLiaison with clients & consultants for project documents and work ordersMonitoring performance of subcontractorsOverall supervision and monitoring of all project activitiesTo ensure that projects are running in timely and cost effective mannerCoordination with Site Staff for monitoring activities on daily basisPreparation of details and monitoring of materials issued to each site

To head the DCC Department in a cost effective and efficient mannerAdministration of the technical documentation and Correspondence activities for the whole Project, according to the customers’ requirementReview, approval & modification of initial as well as finalized technical documentation, required for the Implementation of Ericsson supplied Hardware and SoftwareOperation and maintenance of the site databases for recording and accommodation of all site information required for proper management of the Project activitiesReview, approval & identify the modification and Production of all “As built” technical documentation for implemented Ericsson Supplied Hardware and Softwarehecking and ensuring day-to-day activities by the Regional Documentation Teams are performed in compliance to the defined procedures and work instructionsEstablishment of the documentation control proceduresCollection & storage of the project related information for the whole regionImplementation of the documentation control proceduresEnsuring all Technical/General Documentation is in compliance to the Ericsson Document Numbering System
