Inbound Operations:• Purchase requisitions and purchase orders to procure Chemicals Trading / Raw material for plant (Overseas/Local)• Efficiently manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of chemical raw materials and products to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.• Optimize inventory levels by implementing demand forecasting and inventory control measures, minimizing stockouts, and reducing carrying costs.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of chemicals.• Continuously monitor and improve inbound logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.• Ensure timely customs clearance of the incoming goods.• Facilitate acquisition of import licenses from SASO / SABER / MCI / MOIOutbound Operations Exports:• Managing Sea freight contracts with shipping line / Freight forwarder• Price negotiation• Streamline order fulfillment processes to meet customer delivery requirements while adhering to hazardous materials handling and transportation regulations.• Optimize transportation strategies, including shipping route planning and mode selection, to minimize shipping costs and environmental impact.• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for chemical shipments, including MSDS, shipping labels, and export documentation.• Continuously assess and improve outbound logistics performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction surveys

• Exclusively working for Saudi chevron project Ocean exports• Complete handling of shipment from production, containers stuffing, Trucking, Custom clearance and vessel routing to destination port of discharge• Consult with shipping line for booking of shipment to desired destination • Efficient routing of shipment to avoid long transits to meet delivery KPI’s• Timely SAP updates for Saudi chevron• Documentation and Customs clearance• Creating Bill of Lading, Seaway express BL and Examine accuracy with other documents COO CI & PL to avoid unnecessary delays at destination• Distributes reports and numerical data to high level members for planning purpose.
