My main role is to ensure all sites are kept compliant with health and safety regulations and be as efficient as possible. This includes liaising with contractors, subcontractors, customers and fellow team members. Other duties include supervising other operatives in order to ensure site work is carried out safely and effectively. All of these responsibilities require me to keep up to date with current legislation as well as to maintain a professional approach to all situations which means that I can adapt to any situation
