Khushboo, a product, business and analytics enthusiast, has experience in driving product enhancements by identifying user pain points and opportunities for business growth using her expertise in data analysis across different industries.She holds a B.Tech in Environmental Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.During her tenure at LG Ad Solutions, she has taken initiative to expedite internal products' enhancements by writing PRDs prioritising the development of product features crucial for the scaling business's needs while consistently surpassing benchmarks for client KPIs (customer acquisition, retention, and brand lift) in her client-facing operational responsibilities, directly resulting in incremental revenue.Prior to LG, Khushboo had delivered a successful prototype automating the Stack Manual Monitoring process, for use in 100+ stacks at Tata Steel Jamshedpur Works aiming to reduce up to 180 manual working hours per day. During her undergraduate studies, she has won various case study competitions (including a national-level competition organized by Tata Steel Ltd.), demonstrating her exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities at an early stage in her academic career. In her free time, she loves to read immersing herself in a variety of genres.
