Currently working as a Product Master at HashedIn by Deloitte, where I am managing two Scrum teams of 14 practitioners in total (including both Developers and QA) as a Scrum Master for a US-based client for commercial engineering solutions. Prior to this, I have experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry as I was working as a Relationship Manager in ICICI Bank in Wealth Management Group, taking care of financial services and investment advisory for HNI and Ultra HNI clients in Chennai-Coimbatore Region, with a responsibility of Rs. 50+ crores worth of portfolio.I had successfully completed Master in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli with a major in Marketing and minor in the field of Strategy. At IIM Trichy, I have been a member of the International Relations Students Committee and MAC-The Marketing and Advertising Club. I was recruited as a Summer Intern in Aditya Birla Group's UltraTech Cement Limited "Ulchemies Summer Internship Program", where I was given the responsibility of commending a Marketing Research Project covering multiple cities across Maharashtra.I did Bachelor in Business Administration from S.R.M. Institute of Science and Technology (School of Management), Kattankulathur and was involved in an Internship Project with Southern Agro Engine Private Limited in the field of Finance and Human Resource. I have conducted various events during my time at SRMSoM.I have also earned various certifications in Agile Project Management, Cloud Computing, Marketing, Investment and Insurance domain to complement my knowledge and experience. My hobbies include sketching and singing where I have received various awards in national and regional competitions. I like traveling, interacting with people and developing new skills.All this signifies that I have a diversified education, experience and exposure in various fields and industries. Coming from a defence background, my flexible and adaptive nature helps me easily adjust and excel in any environment.
