She became the youngest person to work for Wells Fargo at the age of 15, and later found herself the youngest among JP Morgan Chase elite at the age of 20 without attending a university. While working in the finance sector, Kia performed within the top five percentile of her colleagues. Yet, she was unfulfilled and felt unchallenged professionally. This led her to sell off all of her possessions and travel to London to study design at the University of Art London.
