My Residential Outbound Operation was the biggest within the SP channel. I worked within UK leading outsourcing company Parseq formerly 2Touch from April 2010 till January 2016 working within the BT, EE, Vodafone and EDF Energy Campaign's inside the business.Within my time at the company I worked in a vast array of contact centre positions including Outbound Sales Advisor, Performance Coach, Sales Trainer and my last position from April 2013, Outbound Sales Manager.My position entailed managing and developing sales agents to ensure they have no Glass Ceiling.During my last role I was a manager of 17 Full time sales agents and I reported to a Operations Manager.During my time within the business I was a top performing outsourcing Team Manager for leading telecom's giant BT in the UK, on both BT Infinity Converters, BT Broadband and most recently BT TV Acquisition, with performances continually improving each month.In April 2013, in a temporary role of Sales Trainer I rolled out training for BT Sport with a senior colleague Chris Hall for within Parseq and successfully trained out Inbound calling to the entire BT Campaign for the first time. Since the introduction of Inbound and BT Sport to the centre, the department continued to grow from strength to strength in this commercial area.In April 2015 I provided support to the Recruitment department in identifying, interviewing and evaluating new prospective candidates looking to enter the business. After 5 and a half highly successful years on BT I moved in November 2015 to the EDF Acquisition campaign.From the experience and skills I developed in my role at Parseq, I decided to leave my position in January 2016 to embark the new challenge of running my own recruitment company in the same industry I've worked in for nearly the last six years.

For five years I worked Part Time in line with my University studies within Joplings Department within the City Centre of Sunderland, predominantly on a weekend basis.My main responsibilities were Customer Service, Stock Taking, Cash Handling, Department Replenishment and Merchandising.In February 2009 I was inducted on to the companies Health and Safety Committee, within this role I undertook a Fire Safety Course at Washington Fire Station and subsequently qualified as a Fire Warden for duties to be implemented in any further eventuality.
