As a media student from Newcastle College, I have developed a keen interest in the latest technologies and trends that shape the communication and entertainment industry.I have applied my media skills and knowledge to my current role as a sales advisor at Inspired Outsourcing, an EE/BT partner, where I profile the customers' lifestyles and households, and find their needs for improved services and additional products and devices. I have successfully sold full fibre broadband, TV packages, and mobile devices, increasing the customer satisfaction and retention rate. I have also gained valuable experience in direct sales, customer engagement, and broadband networks, working both door to door and over the phone. I am motivated by the challenge and reward of finding the best solutions for the customers, and by the opportunity to learn and grow in the sales industry.
