As a Customer Advisor, my main aim is to provide customers with the best service possible by handling either technical issues they are currently having or by offering the best deal on a new handset, sim card or contract. I am currently training and this has required me to focus and given me practice on various skills as well as improving existing ones, such as confidence, presentation, customer service and sales and marketing. In addition to this, I am attending a conference next week in Birmingham to enlighten my learning which I am looking forward to as it will allow me to meet with other people who hold the same interests as myself and have the opportunity to meet colleagues higher up than me to find out what their role consists of and whether it'll be something I am looking to work towards.
